I had the amazing opportunity to visit the Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, NH for an entire weekend with the haunted events group Strange Escapes. I had a blast. The hotel is a grand old lady and she exceeded my wildest expectations. After a day of lectures by wonderful guest speakers, we got to investigate 5 venues that night: The South Tower (with Chip Coffey), the North Tower (With Adam Berry), The Princess Room (With Aaron Sagers), the Crawford Cemetery (with Jeff Belanger) and the Stables (with John Tenney). I got the most EVP in the South Tower, but the most interesting things happened in the Princess Room and the Cemetery. The crew leading us through the investigations was of high caliber. It was great to work with so many professional people!
Caught this while John Tenney was lecturing. No idea.
I'm here. This was taken in the North Tower.
South Tower. Chip coughs, the ghost sighs right next to me.
I say it's too bad they took all the doors off. I got an answer at the very end of this recording.
This is the answer amplified. "Going fast"?
North Tower. Adam asks them to knock. First they knock once, then twice.
North Tower. I hear a laugh or a cry in this one.
There was a woman standing with me I was talking to. I have no idea which male cleared his throat, but no one was near us.
Cemetery. This is where I got the most EVP. This is the longest one I got all night.
Here it is amplified. "What opens up then its in"
Whenever I read headstones out loud, I get something. This is no exception.
Excerpt of just the evp from the headstone reading. "Father", right before I say it.
"Built them"
Jeff told us he had a Ouija board we could us. One of the ghosts seemed a little shocked."OMG"
Evidently he has a lot of regrets.
Regrets...amplified.
John Brightman was with us in the cemetery. During the ghostbox session, the ghosts let us know :)
I asked them to give me Mr. Stickney's first name.
They correctly answered the name of the mountain we were near.
As we left the cemetery, a man's name. I do not know if there was a Christopher in the group or not.
The goodbye sigh from my room ghost.
